As Director and then Head of Customer Success, I revolutionized our approach to customer engagement, designing and launching strategic plans, GTM Fit models and RACI processes that significantly improved NRR (130%) and CSAT scores (10/10). My strategic foresight in launching cloud-based product lines and integrating AI/ML in customer operations streamlined onboarding and set new industry benchmarks for customer satisfaction and retention, showcasing my leadership in driving the company's global expansion and technological innovation.

Joining as an intern software developer at Userful, I implemented several key back-end features in a client-side AVoverIP Android Application. In 2018, I was promoted to management. During this time, we transitioned from Perpetual to a global SaaS model for an existing on-premises product to be deployed in a secure, private cloud. This launched the company's digital transformation into SaaS and a Hybrid Platform.

We strived for 100% client conversion to SaaS for two years, obtaining 97% in March of 2021. While the company continued to grow, we formed a Board of Directors and began hiring internationally, including staffing two full-time call centers. I built 3 great departments; Technical Support, Sales Engineering and Technical Publications. Launched several professional services, support subscription SKUs, training programs, weekly webinars, and hosted town halls... We accomplished great things, bringing value to customers all over the world.

Upon hiring, training and mentoring the next generation of senior and middle management, I was promoted to Vice President of global Customer Success.
